Diversity & Inclusion In Sports

CES brought us something a bit different this year, in addition to its Social Innovation Conference that was help at Aria, inside of Sands Hall it also devoted some power to Inclusion and Diversity in the world of tech and sports.  One of the such events was a panel title ” Impact of Diversity: Reshaping the Future”.  

This awesomely insightful panel was moderated by :

” Impact of Diversity: Reshaping the Future” took us into the each of the organizations and their commitment to intentional do better about changing organizational culture so that they operate in paradigm that doesn’t make minorities and women seem as outsiders.   All speakers gave great insight into how they have been and will proactive work with all given stakeholders as core parts of growing the organization .   It was insightful to see how major organizations such as NFL , MLB are committed to the cause of changing the dynamics and breaking the old mold that keeps us apart.
